The Company obtains services from the Group's Investments Division, consisting of the Departments of Commerce, Accounts and Control, Securities Operation and Research, and provides reports, data surveys and all required information to the institutional entity's Investments Committee and Board of Directors in the field of investments management. Furthermore, the Investment Division also provides full service with respect to credit and dealing with problematic debts, including Credit Committee and Debt Forum, as well as responding fully to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance.
The Halman-Aldubi Group avoids conflict of interest. For that reason it does not manage a "Nostro" portfolio, it does not deal in exchange traded funds or structured products, nor does it engage in underwriting or brokerage.
